Client Story:

HARVARD SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Founded by best-selling author, surgeon, professor, and public health researcher Atul Gawande, Ariadne Labs is a joint venture of the Harvard School of Public Health and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. The organization is dedicated to improving health care around the world – focused specifically on childbirth, surgery, and serious illness.

When we first started working with Ariadne Labs a number of years ago, they had been doing great work around the globe, but had yet to succinctly and successfully communicate the scale and importance of their activities. Since then, we have helped them tell their story in many ways.

Primary Projects
  • Four annual versions of the “Ariadne Labs Story,” which explains the organization’s fundamental mission and primary focus areas
  • Infographics that clearly demonstrate the organization’s global impact
  • Environmental Design and messaging for their first-ever booth at an international childbirth conference
  • A visual explanation of forces driving up the rate of Cesarean sections
  • A field guide to best practices for ensuring safe childbirth
  • A tool kit to help health care providers hold important conversations with their seriously ill patients
