Managing Directors and Partners Alan Lewis and Dan McKone wrote their book, Edge Strategy, to articulate a mindset that helps leaders recognize and capitalize on the substantial opportunities for growth that are often hidden in plain sight, at the edge of the core business.
Complex Stories worked with the L.E.K. team to produce a mini-book that highlights the core elements of the Edge Strategy, as well as a series of engaging videos where the authors explain their theory and give examples of how the strategy works.
