UNC School of Medicine’s Kidney Center Research Video

This 9-minute broadcast-quality animation was produced in conjunction with the UNC School of Medicine’s Kidney Research Center to encourage broader patient participation, to help align research and clinical processes, and to generate awareness about clinical dialysis research. 

The video was widely distributed through treatment station TVs, during research info sessions and clinical staff meetings, and to home therapy patients and their care partners. The video is also being used as a conversation tool for interested research participants, and has helped prepare both dialysis clinic personnel and medical providers for facilitating future studies and promoting patient interest in research.
